Angus Clark – Chief Executive Is responsible for business performance. He was a compositor prior to studying at Watford College and has held senior positions for over thirty-five years; twenty-seven at TJI. |

Andy Vosper – Commercial Director Our longest serving member of staff, Andy joined TJI after A levels. His posts have included printing, estimating, costing, order processing, scheduling, Production Director, Works Director, and since 1997, Commercial Director. |

Jon Sole – Manufacturing Director Been in the printing industry for 30 years, responsible for process improvement at TJI – shop floor background, technically aware and passionate about producing high quality books. |

Ian Hunter – Client Services Director Responsible for Client Services, worked at TJI since 2007 and in Print and Publishing for 16 years, has sold print, bought print, a degree in Philosophy and a love of cricket. |

Andrew Knott – Financial Consultant Three years as a Financial Consultant for TJI, a wide gamut of manufacturing knowledge including; defense, catering, construction, pharmaceuticals and toys. Responsibility for finance, legal and IT, keen in adapting and evolving the business to effectively embrace new technology whilst holding onto our heritage and reputation for the production of the highest quality books. |

Kate Blackledge – Procurement Manager Joined TJ International in 2011 with 12 years procurement and supply chain experience in the public and private sectors, and a BSc in Management and Logistics. Has responsibility for Procurement, Warehousing and Inventory Control. |

John Olivey – Commercial Manager Joined in 1989 following a Print BSc, holding Customer Service and Sales posts prior to becoming Commercial Manager. |

David Laskey – Print Manager Joined in 1996, responsible for the press and folding departments, has 42 years experience in the printing industry and remains as committed as ever to produce the best product possible. |

Evie Manning – Digital Manager Left Falmouth School of Art in 1987 with a degree in printing and photography, then worked as; Paste up Artist, Camera Operator, Film Planner/Plate Maker, Scanner and Retouch Artist. In 2001 started at TJD in the Bindery, progressing to supervisor and then Manager in 2006. |

Mike Wickett – Plant Manager Started in the industry in 1978 with an old fashioned four-year engineering apprenticeship. Joined TJI in 1994 as an engineer, becoming Plant Manager in 1995. Implemented ISO 14001 in 2000 and was instrumental in the formation of the Environmental Committee. |

Nigel Hawke – Training Manager Dydh da! (Good Day in Cornish!) Being local, Nigel has been at TJ for 27 years. His role is H&S and T&D – both key business drivers here at TJI. |

Imogen Wright – Management Accountant Joined the company in 2009 to assist in the finance office and with stock control. Imogen is a graduate and is currently working towards the CIMA qualification. |
